What do I need to know for the day of my event?
Congrats on making it to your event!
Below are few reminders and recommendations.
1. If you choose to use any equipment, please make sure to test your equipment well before the day of your event.
The closer you are to the event, the less time we have to be able to help with troubleshooting!
2. Run the report and

3. Check when you have your online sales closing time. To do this, go to SETTINGS > DEPARTMENT SETTINGS > and fill in the field next to "What time would you like sales to auto-close before each event date?"
4. Download or print out your ticket report as backup. To do this, BOX OFFICE> EVENTS> EVENT MANAGER> TICKET COUNTS and click into the date, then click EXPORT.
