Running a Revenue Report

Revenue reports will be found within each event, item, package, and campaign.

Event Revenue Report
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. Under the Box Office header on the left, click EVENTS.
3. Click EVENT MANAGER next to the event you wish to view.
4. Along the top bar, click TICKET REVENUE and find the report there.
Item Revenue Report
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. Under the Box Office header on the left, click ITEMS.
3. Click VIEW next to the item you wish to view.
4. Under the image, click REVENUE and find the report there.
Package Revenue Report
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. Under the Box Office header on the left, click PACKAGES.
3. Click VIEW next to the package you wish to view.
4. On this page, click the REVENUE button underneath the image and find the report here.
Donation Campaign Revenue Report
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. Under the Application header on the left, click DONATION CAMPAIGNS.
3. Click VIEW next to the campaign you wish to view.
4. On this page, click the REVENUE button underneath the image and find the report here.
Understanding the Reports
| Tells the number of each line item sold. | Separates money made via cash and comps, Stripe Gateway (if your organization has a Stripe account attached to the site), and BookTix Gateway (if you are using our payment processor). | Shows you the money received, money moved from a refund or exchange, and any applicable processing fees. | Downloads the report as it appears on the webpage into a PDF file. | Downloads the report as it appears on the webpage into a CSV file. | Downloads the report including the breakdowns within the Details buttons. |
