Set Up Your Ticket Printer in BookTix | DYMO 550 & 450 Guides

How to Set Up the Printer

Setting up your Printer will depend on which type of printer you are using.
Currently, there are two compatible models - The Dymo 450/450 Turbo, and the Dymo 550/550 Turbo.

BookTix currently supports the DYMO Labelwriter 550 & 550 Turbo. For current clients only, we continue to support the Dymo 450 & 450 Turbo printers that worked with our legacy system for as long as Dymo continues to support the drivers.

Below, you can find set up guides for each of these printers. You can also find these guides within your admin portal by logging in to your administrator portal, then accessing your department by clicking GO TO DEPARTMENT and navigating into your department hosting your event. Look under the BOX OFFICE header and click EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES to find the guides and links to purchase there.
