Organization Based Social Media
This will be for Organization Based Social Media- for example, if your organization is a school, this would be where you might enter the social media for North Valley High School.
1. Log in and navigate to the Organization Dashboard via the gear on the top right.
2. Under the Organization Settings header, click CUSTOMER PORTAL COLORS & LOGO.

3. Under Social Media, enter your links.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click SUBMIT.
Department Based Social Media
This will be for Department Based Social Media- for example, if your organization is a school and your department is the Theatre department, this would be where you might enter the social media for North Valley High School's Theatre Troupe.
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. On the left side menu, go to Settings → CUSTOMER PORTAL DESIGN.
3. Under Social Media, enter your links.
4. Scroll and click SUBMIT.
Event-Specific Social Media
This will be for Event Specific Social Media- for example, if your department is the North Valley High School Theatre department, this would be where you might enter the Facebook Event for the spring production of Cinderella.
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. On the left side menu, go to Box Office Manager → EVENTS.
3. Click EVENT MANAGER next to your event.
4. On the top header bar, click EVENT DESCRIPTIONS.
5. While on the Information tab, click EDIT.
6. Add links under the Connect With Us header and click UPDATE.
