Understanding Email Marketing Analytics

See the statistics of your email marketing campaign, including opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and bounces.
1. Access the Email Marketing Tool.
By accessing as an Organization Administrator, you will be able to use Lists that encompass customers across all of your departments.
1. Log in and navigate to the organization dashboard via the gear in the top right corner.
2. On the left side menu, under Customer Management→ EMAIL MARKETING TOOL.
Lists used within a department will ONLY include customers who have purchased within that department.
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. On the left side menu, go to Marketing and Fundraising → EMAIL MARKETING.
2. In the left tool bar, click CAMPAIGNS.
3. Scroll down to the SENT header, and click the graph icon next to the campaign.
4. Here you will find your email campaign statistics.
The top portion reviews details from the sent campaign.
Under PERFORMANCE STATS, the SENT bar shows the sending progress as well as the number of Email Credits Used.

Emails will send in batches, and the servers can take time to trust that you aren't sending spam emails.
This means some emails will take longer to be sent regardless of when the sending begins. Do not worry - this is normal!
Email has been
opened by the customer.

has been clicked
by the customer.
| The email address has unsubscribed from your emails.
| The email has bounced and was not delivered (ie, a bad email address).
| The recipient’s address is invalid, their inbox is full,
or their email server temporarily rejects the message.

The percentage of customers
who opened this campaign email.
| The percentage of customers
who clicked a link in this campaign email.
| The percentage of customers who unsubscribed from the email list from this campaign email.

A view of the trends based on dates.
Underneath the graph, there's a table that you can see the URLs, along with their Unique and Total clicks.
If you wish to export the data, click DOWNLOAD FULL RESULTS under the Sent status bar.
In here, you will find if emails have been DELIVERED to the email mailbox beyond just being sent.
