Enabling the Email Marketing Tool

Access Level: Organization Administrators only
If you plan to import an email list, this should be done before you enable the tool, so you receive your full credit allotment before your contacts are uploaded.

In order to use the Email Marketing Tool, you must activate it and agree to the terms and conditions.
To enable the Email Marketing Tool:
1. Log in and navigate to the organization dashboard via the gear in the top right corner.
2. On the left side menu, under Customer Management→ EMAIL MARKETING TOOL SETUP.
3. Adjust the STATUS, ACCESS PERMISSIONS, EMAIL TRACKING STATUS, and check the agreement. Then, click UPDATE.
Access Permissions lets you choose to use the tool exclusively from the Organization side, or opt to use it in both the Organization and the Departments.
Now the Email Marketing tool will be ready for use in your account. Please note that prior to sending any emails, BookTix does a pre-verification process on all emails in a client's account to make sure they're valid.
