Understanding Your List Summary

Use this article to understand your list's details, data summaries, the filters utilized, and the functions you can use.
2. Click on the List you wish to view.
3. Find your list.
Filters and List Summary
Filters are the the parameters in place on the initial list.
|
- # Total Emails is the number of email addresses within the list.
- # Deliverable is the number of emails that will be able to receive emails.
- # Previously Delivery Failures is the number of emails that have bounced.
- # Unsubscribed is the number of contacts who unsubscribed from your list.
If you haven't sent any emails, this number will include email that were not deemed valid during the initial "Pre-verification process by BookTix" ie. johnsmith@gmail.co vs johnsmith@gmail.com .
- Created at is when the list was made.
- Updated at is when the list last updated.
The lists will update in real time, so if more customers purchase who fit the parameters, they will automatically appear in the list. |
Controls
| - CREATE CAMPAIGN will bring you into the Email Marketing Tool.
- EDIT LIST will have you change the parameters of the List.
- DUPLICATE LIST will make a copy.
- DELETE LIST will delete it.
- EXPORT LIST will download the list as a CSV file.

Customer Status
| Status Types:
- Do Not Send - Admin Requested: You have marked this email as Do Not Contact.
- Do Not Send - Email Bounced: The email was undeliverable.
- Do Not Send - Email Invalid: The email address has an error.
- Do Not Send - Other Error: An error occurred when trying to send. Contact BookTix staff for specifics.
- Do Not Send - User Requested: The customer as unsubscribed.
- Subscribed - Admin Requested: Subscription status changed manually, requested by an admin.
- Subscribed - User Requested: Subscription status changed manually, requested by a customer.
- Subscribed - With Purchase: Customer requested to receive emails from you organization during a purchase.
