Accessing the List Builder

How you access the List Builder will depend on the type of Administrator Account you have - Organization Administrator vs. Department Manager.
To activate the Email Marketing tool, as well as to control who can access it, read this article.
Accessing as an Organization Administrator
By accessing as an Organization Administrator, you will be able to create Lists that encompass customers across all of your departments.
1. Log in and navigate to the organization dashboard via the gear in the top right corner.
2. On the left side menu, under Customer Management→ ORGANIZATION LIST BUILDER.
Accessing as a Department Manager
Lists run within a department will ONLY include customers who have purchased within that department.
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. On the left side menu, go to Marketing and Fundraising → LIST BUILDER.
