Understanding Program Ad Data

Program Ads are a way to sell advertisements for your event through the BookTix system. It can allow customers to directly upload their designs, as well as choosing specific sized ads. First, set up your program ads.
This tutorial will explain how to view your Program Ads and understand the data.
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. On the left side menu, go to Marketing and Fundraising → PROGRAM ADS.
3. Click VIEW next to the Program Ad.
4. Find your Data here. Read more below to understand the different actions you can take from this page.
EDIT AD
EDIT AD returns you to the Program Ad Builder.
REVENUE
REVENUE will bring you to the Program Ad Revenue Report.
CLOSE AD
CLOSE AD will end ad sales immediately.
DOWNLOAD ALL AD PDFs - DOWNLOAD
Download All Ad PDFs will immediately export onto your computer any of the files that were uploaded by customers when making their ad purchase.
DOWNLOAD AD FOLDERS - DOWNLOAD
Will download ZIP folders for each Ad Option that includes any of the files that were uploaded by customers when making their ad purchase.
For example, you would have ZIP folder that included all uploads on Full Page Ads, a ZIP folder with all uploads on Half Page Ads, etc.
DOWNLOAD ALL PROGRAM ADS QUESTIONS - DOWNLOAD
Download All Program Ads Questions exports a CSV file that includes the answers to all questions that customers answered during checkout. This is the best comprehensive view of all the Program Ads you have sold.
You can also download any uploaded files from this CSV file directly.

ORDER TABLE - DOWNLOAD
Order Table Download exports the CSV file detailing the customers' orders.
