The link for your customers will be everything prior to "/admin" in your admin portal URL, which is your webpage address. So, if you are logging into demo.booktix.com/admin, the customer site would be demo.booktix.com.
The "demo" of this URL is what we refer to as your Client ID.
How to Change your Customer Link
1. Log in and navigate to your Organization Dashboard via the gear.
2. Under Organization Settings → PROFILE AND SETTINGS.
3. Click EDIT next to CLIENT ID.
4. Edit the ID as you'd like, check the checkbox, and click UPDATE.
If you prefer a further shortened URL, like appleplayers.com.
You can purchase this domain name on your own with one of the many sites that sell domain names, and we can help you forward that to your CLIENTID.booktix.com site. If you prefer, we can purchase and set this up for you for an annual fee as well. Just contact us to request a new domain.
