Customizing your Site

There are two locations to customize your site: one within the department and one within the organization.
Department Level Theming

Department Level Theming
1. Navigate into the department.
2. On the left side menu, go to Settings→ CUSTOMER PORTAL DESIGN.
3. Add department-based logos and theming, add colors within the Hex Code box, then click SUBMIT.
Organization Level Theming
Only Organization Administrators can access these settings.
1. Log in and navigate to the Organization Dashboard via the gear on the top right.
2. Under the Organization Settings header → CUSTOMER PORTAL COLORS & LOGO.
3. Under ACCENT COLOR FOR THE PAGE, adjust the color for the organization level.
4. Add organization-based logos and social media, then click SUBMIT.
