Understanding the Customer Information for Audience Section

When setting up your Organization Profile, you will fill out Customer Information for Audience, which includes customer support email and phone number are provided to your customer so they can contact you for help with any questions they may have.
On the customer site, it will be displayed in the footer of your website, as seen below.
