What is my link for customers? Can I make it something easier?

The link for your customers will be everything prior to "/admin" in your admin portal URL. So, if you are logging into demo.booktix.com/admin, the customer site would be demo.booktix.com. 
The "demo" of this url is what we refer to as your Client ID. 
 
If you would like to update your Client ID to be something easier, you can do so! 
First, log in to your admin portal. Then, click ORGANIZATION PROFILE under the Organizational Settings header on the left side bar. Within this page, click EDIT next to Client ID and you can change this here. This will keep your URL in the format of CLIENTID.booktix.com. 




Some organizations would prefer a  further shortened URL, like appleplayers.com. You can purchase this domain name on your own with one of the many sites that sell domain names, and we can help you forward that to your CLIENTID.booktix.com site.  If you prefer, we can purchase and set this up for you for an annual fee as well. Just contact us to request a new domain.
