Cancelled Tickets and How to Process Them

Cancelling tickets will invalidate the tickets (and barcodes) and releases the tickets to be sold again.

Notes
This does NOT do any kind of refund or exchange.


      1. Log in and navigate to your department.
      2. Access the order. 
      3. Scroll to the second table titled Ticket Adjustments.
      4. Click CANCEL TICKETS.     
      5. Check off the tickets you wish to cancel, and click CANCEL TICKETS beneath the table. 

      5. Click CONFIRM in the pop up. 


And you're done!
