What are cancelled tickets? How do I do this?

Cancelling tickets will invalidate the tickets (and barcodes) and releases the tickets to be sold again. This does NOT do any kind of refund or exchange.

To begin, log in to your administrator portal, and access your department by clicking GO TO DEPARTMENT and navigating into the department that is hosting your event. 

Then, to cancel the tickets, go to the order. There are two main ways to access an order. If you have the order number, access the order looking in the left side bar for REPORTS and clicking ORDER HISTORY, and then searching for the order number. If you only have the customer's contact information, look in the left side bar under CRM and click CUSTOMER SEARCH TOOL to search for a customer. 

Once you are in the order, scroll to the second table under the Ticket Adjustments header. Click CANCEL TICKETS and check off the tickets you wish to cancel. Then, click CANCEL TICKETS beneath the table to complete the action.
