Resending a Customer’s Order to Them

To resend an order, you'll need to access the order first, and then can choose to email or SMS message it to the customer. 

      1. Log in and navigate to your department.
      2. Access the order. 
      3. Scroll to the second table called Ticket Adjustments.
      4. Click either: 
            a. EMAIL ORDER to send via email the order.
            b. SMS ORDER to send via SMS (or, text message) the order.

      5. Enter the email address or phone number, and click SEND.
And you're done! They'll receive either an email or SMS of their order shortly, which they can open and access their tickets.
