Looking Up a Customer or their Order
Looking Up a Customer
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. Under Customer Relationship Management on the left side bar, click CUSTOMER SEARCH TOOL.
3. Search for the customer.
4. Click ACCESS ACCOUNT either under Log In Accounts or the linked order number under Guest Accounts.
Looking Up an Order
1. Under Reports on the left side bar, click ORDER HISTORY.
2. Search for the order number and click the order number to access it.
