How do I look up a customer or their order?
To access a customer's order, you can go directly from their customer page (where you have a full list of past orders for that customer) or you can go directly into the order from the order search page. To begin, log in to your administrator portal, then access your department by clicking GO TO DEPARTMENT and navigating into your department.
To look up a customer:
1. Under Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on the left side menu, click ADVANCED QUERY TOOL.
2. Search for the customer and click ACCESS either under Log In Accounts or Guest Accounts, depending on the account type they have.

To look up an order:
1. Under Reports on the left side bar, click ORDER HISTORY.
2. Search for the order number and click the order number to access it.
