What to Do if Your Event has been Canceled or Rescheduled
Canceling an event means the event dates will not take place.
Rescheduling an event means the dates will take place on a separate date and time.
If your Event is Cancelled
You should notify your customers, then likely process refunds for their purchases.
If your Event is Rescheduled
Your customers’ original tickets they purchased are still valid, so you will just need to edit your event dates and time and inform your customer base.
