Canceling an event means the event dates will not take place. Rescheduling an event means the dates will take place on a separate date and time.
If your event is cancelled:
You should notify your customers, then likely process refunds for their purchases.
You can download an email list of ticket purchasers to notify your customers by going to Box Office on your left menu, EVENTS> EVENT MANAGER> TICKET COUNTS. In here, click EXPORT EVENT TICKET LIST to get the list of all purchasers for that event, or click into a date and click EXPORT EVENT TICKET LIST to get the list for that date specifically.
In this ticket counts page, you will see your list of orders. To process refunds, click in to the order, then click the FULL REFUND button to refund the entire order, or PARTIAL REFUND if you wish to refund part of the order
If your event is rescheduled:
Your customers’ original tickets they purchased are still valid, you will just need to edit your event dates and time and inform your customer base.
To update your event's dates and times, go to Box Office on your left menu, EVENTS> EVENT MANAGER> DATE MANAGER. In here, click EDIT in the date information tab and you can update the date and time here.
