Email Your Customers from BookTix | Admin Communication Guide

Emailing Customers Within BookTix

      1. Log in and navigate into your department.
      2. Under the Box Office Manager on the left side bar, click EVENTS. 
      3. Click EVENT MANAGER for the event needed. 
      4. On EVENT OVERVIEW, scroll down until you see the information box next to the DATA BY DATE table.
      5. Click PERFORMANCE EMAIL TOOL

      6. Select the event dates of which customers to email. 
      7. Enter the subject of the email and the email body
      
Notes
This tool includes light formatting and links, but does not support pictures or heavy formatting.
If you are looking for email softwares to send newsletters or more detailed email communication, we recommend both MailChimp and Constant Contact! 
      8. Click CONTINUE.
      9. Click SEND EMAIL NOW

And you're done! Your customers will receive the email shortly.
