Emailing Customers Within BookTix
To send a basic email notification within BookTix, follow the tutorial below.
Coming soon is an email marketing tool, where you can use custom templates to send more advanced emails.
1. Log in and navigate into your department.
2. On the left side menu, go to Box Office Manager → EVENTS.
3. Click EVENT MANAGER for the event needed.
4. On EVENT OVERVIEW, scroll down until you see the information box next to the DATA BY DATE table.
5. Click PERFORMANCE EMAIL TOOL.
6. Select the event dates of which customers to email.
7. Enter the subject of the email and the email body.
8. Click CONTINUE.
9. Click SEND EMAIL NOW.
And you're done! Your customers will receive the email shortly.
