How do I access my ticket?

Via the Email Confirmation

The links to your tickets would have been emailed to the associated email address to your order. 
You can access your tickets by finding them within that email, titled "ORGANIZATION NAME Order Information" (For example, "Little Theatre Players Order Information" . The email will come from info@booktix.com.  
In this email, scroll down until you see ACCESS YOUR TICKETS. Under here, click the button that says REVIEW YOUR ORDER. 



Within the order, you will have two buttons next to the event for which you have tickets. 
Display E-Tickets will show the electronic tickets for the event. This is best accessed from a cellphone so you can add them to your phone's "wallet" 
Print Paper Tickets will show you a PDF with the tickets, that is formatted for printing. 

You can also screenshot the tickets' QR codes and present that from your device as well! 








Via Your Account

If you had used a login account to make your purchase, return to the BookTix page from which you purchased, and log in to the website by clicking the PERSON ICON on the top left, then LOGIN. Here, you will be on the Login screen, and can enter your email and password and click LOGIN. 



This will bring you back to the homepage for the organization. 
To access your past orders, click back on the PERSON ICON on the top right, then click MY ACCOUNT. 



This will take you into your list of past orders as well as your account information. 
Under the list of past orders, click the order number containing the items you wish to view.

Don't have an Email Confirmation or a Login Account? 

If you cannot retrieve the email confirmation, or purchased using Guest Checkout rather than creating a Login Account, you will need to contact the organization directly to receive a new copy of your tickets
To do this, scroll to the very bottom of the organization's BookTix page. Here, you will find their contact email and their contact phone number, so you can reach out to them and receive a new copy.
