Via the Email Confirmation
The links to your tickets would have been emailed to the associated email address to your order.
1. Find the email titled "ORGANIZATION NAME Order Information" (For example, "Little Theatre Players Order Information") .
2. Click REVIEW YOUR ORDER under ACCESS YOUR TICKETS.
3. In the order, you will have two buttons next to the event.
Display E-Tickets will show the electronic tickets for the event. This is best accessed from a cellphone.
Print Paper Tickets will show you a PDF with the tickets, that is formatted for printing.
You can also screenshot the tickets' QR codes and present that from your device as well!
Via Your Account
1. Return to the BookTix page from which you purchased
2.On the top right menu, click PERSON ICON → LOGIN.
3. On the Login screen, and can enter your email and password and click LOGIN.
4.Under the top right menu, click PERSON ICON → MY ACCOUNT.
5. Click the order number containing the items you wish to view.
6. In the order, you will have two buttons next to the event for which you have tickets.

Don't have an Email Confirmation or a Login Account?
If you cannot retrieve the email confirmation, or purchased using Guest Checkout rather than creating a Login Account, you will need to contact the organization directly to receive a new copy of your tickets.
Scroll to the very bottom of the organization's BookTix page, and you will find their contact email and their contact phone number, so you can reach out to them and receive a new copy.
