I lost my ticket. What do I do?

Do not worry if you have lost your ticket! First, try searching for an email from @orders.booktix.com in your inbox. If you can't see it there, not to worry - your order will always live within the organization's ticketing site.

If you purchased via a guest account
You can request that the organization resend your tickets to you.
Their contact information is displayed at the bottom of the customer site where you purchased tickets.
