I lost my ticket. What do I do?

Do not worry if you have lost your ticket! Your order will always live within the organization's BookTix site. 

If you've lost your ticket and purchased using a login account, your first option is to log in to the account you created on the organization's site (for example, demo.booktix.com). 
When you log in, you will see a record of your past purchases, and can easily access your tickets from there. 

If you purchased via a guest account, you can request that the organization resend your tickets to you. Their contact information is displayed at the bottom of the customer site where you purchased tickets.
