I lost my ticket. What do I do?

Do not worry if you have lost your ticket!
First, try searching for an email from @orders.booktix.com in your inbox. If you can't see it there, not to worry - your order will always live within the organization's ticketing site.

You can request that the organization resend your tickets to you.
Their contact information is displayed at the bottom of the customer site where you purchased tickets.
