How do I purchase a package?

Some organizations may offer packages. These can include things like season tickets, items, and more.

1. Go to the customer site of the organization for which you are purchasing (for example, demo.booktix.com).
2. Log in to your existing account, create a login account, or if the organization has it as an option, you can proceed with a guest checkout.
3. Navigate back to the main page by clicking the name at the top center of the screen.
4. Find the package which you would like purchase under the AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE header
5. Click PURCHASE.
6. Update the quantity to the number you'd like to purchase via the dropdown.
7. Click + ADD.
8. Click ADD TO CART.
9. Review your shopping cart, and click KEEP SHOPPING if you wish to add anything else to your cart, or click CHECK OUT to proceed to the check out window.
10. From the Checkout window, enter your contact information, choose your delivery method (or, how you will receive the confirmation), and enter your card details.
11. Click CHECKOUT.
Redeeming your package is how you choose your event dates and times, if your package has included event tickets.
