How do I print my ticket?

There are two different styles of tickets - e-tickets, and paper tickets. Which you chose to use is up to your personal preference.
Within the order, find two buttons next to your event.
Display E-Tickets will show the electronic tickets for the event. This is best accessed from a cellphone so you can add them to your phone's "wallet".
Print Paper Tickets will show you a PDF with the tickets, that is formatted for printing.
Print Paper Tickets will show you a PDF with the tickets, that is formatted for printing.
You can also screenshot the tickets' QR codes and present that from your device as well!
To print paper tickets, use the PRINT PAPER TICKETS button, then click the printer button on the top right of the screen.
In the printer window popup, select to which printer you would like to send the document, then click PRINT.
Can't find your order?
If you cannot retrieve the email confirmation, or purchased using Guest Checkout rather than creating a Login Account, you will need to contact the organization directly to receive a new copy of your tickets.
To do this, scroll to the very bottom of the organization's BookTix page. Here, you will find their contact email and their contact phone number, so you can reach out to them and receive a new copy.
