There are two different styles of tickets - e-tickets, and paper tickets! Which you chose to use is up to your personal preference.
First, begin by accessing your order.
Your order can either be accessed via the email confirmation or your login account.
To access it via the email confirmation, find the email titled "ORGANIZATION NAME Order Information", and click the REVIEW YOUR ORDER button within the email.
To
access it via the login account, log in to the organization's BookTix website via the person icon on the top right of the screen, then click the person icon again and click MY ACCOUNT. This will show your past orders, and you can choose the necessary one here.

Within the order, you will have two buttons next to the event for which you have tickets.
Display E-Tickets will show the electronic tickets for the event. This is best accessed from a cellphone so you can add them to your phone's "wallet"
Print Paper Tickets will show you a PDF with the tickets, that is formatted for printing.
You can also screenshot the tickets' QR codes and present that from your device as well!
If you are looking to print paper tickets, use the PRINT PAPER TICKETS button, then click the printer button on the top right of the screen.
This will open your printer window popup, where you can select to which printer you would like to send the document, then click PRINT to do so!
Can't find your order?
If you cannot retrieve the email confirmation, or purchased using Guest Checkout rather than creating a Login Account, you will need to contact the organization directly to receive a new copy of your tickets.
To do this, scroll to the very bottom of the organization's BookTix page. Here, you will find their contact email and their contact phone number, so you can reach out to them and receive a new copy.
