Donations are collected through Donation Campaigns, which allow your customers to specify what their donations are applied to (like Building Fund, Scholarship Fund, etc.)
Setting Up a Donation Campaign
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. On the left side menu, go to Marketing and Fundraising → DONATION CAMPAIGNS.
3. Click ADD NEW CAMPAIGN.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Click SUBMIT CAMPAIGN.
Closing a Donation Campaign
When you are finished with your donation campaign and ready to receive funds:
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. On the left side menu, go to Marketing and Fundraising → DONATION CAMPAIGNS.
3. Click VIEW next to the campaign.
4. Click CLOSE CAMPAIGN, then click CLOSE NOW.
