More Information on Various Settings
PACKAGE STATUS: Active packages are available for selling, while an inactive package is moved to the "archived" section of your Packages homepage.

MAX QUANTITY TO SELL: This is the total number of packages you're able to sell.

ALLOW CUSTOMER TO UNREDEEM: When customers book packages, they will redeem the package "vouchers" for specific tickets, with dates, times, and potentially seat assignments. Allowing a customer to unredeem their own vouchers means if they need to change the date and time for the ticket they have booked, they can do that in their account without contacting you.

PUBLIC STATUS: When set to public, a customer can buy online. When set to private, you can sell the package form the point of sale tool, and it will not show up on the customer facing box office.

PACKAGE REVENUE DISTRIBUTION: This divides the price of the package into it's package contents. For example, while the package costs $100.00, $10.00 from each package will appear in the reports for Pippin.

      5. Click SUBMIT PACKAGE

And you're done!

After the package has been set up, you have the option to add more restrictions on the events and items selected.
Adding Restrictions to Package Contents
1. Under the Box Office header, go to PACKAGES.
2. Click EDIT next to the package.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the pencil next to "Event Availability" or "Item Availability".

Here, you can restrict the package to only be eligible on specific event dates or item options, and include individual redemption dates for each package option. If you don't wish to restrict your package in this way, you can simply leave these fields blank.

Notes
After a package has been sold, you are unable to add new events, items, or campaigns to your package.
