How do I redeem my package?

After you purchase a package, you will need to redeem the package for the specific event dates and times, or any item option selections available within the package.

Redeeming Your Package
1. Access your order.

Access the order from your login account
Access your order from your email
Click the link provided in your order email.
Access the order from your login account
Go to the online box office you purchased from, click on the person icon on the top right, then Login.
Once logged in, click My Account to access your orders.
2. In the order, click REDEEM PACKAGE.
3. Click REDEEM next to the Event or Item that you wish to redeem.
Single option items and donation campaigns do not require any additional choices to be made, and thus do not require redemption.
4. Redeem your event.
For general admission events
a. Use the first dropdown to select the date you would like to attend.
b. Use the second dropdown to select the number of tickets within the package you'd like to redeem at this time.
c. Click SELECT.
For reserved seating events
a. Use the first dropdown to select the date you would like to attend.
b. Use the second dropdown to select the number of tickets within the package you'd like to redeem at this time.
c. Click CHOOSE MY SEAT, then choose your preferred seat from the map.
5. Click BOOK MY TICKETS.
And you're done!
You can continue to redeem your package as needed, or can come back later and redeem more at another time.
Exchanging your Redeemed Package Tickets
In some cases, organizations may allow you to unredeem and reredeem your own tickets.
If an organization has this feature turned on and you wish to unredeem your ticket and rebook for a different date, you will see a button that says UNREDEEM when you access your tickets.

If you need to exchange them and you do not have access to that button, contact the organization directly.
