How do I redeem my package?

After you have purchased a package, you will need to redeem the package for the specific dates and times or any item option selections available within the package.

To begin, you will click the link provided in your order email, or you can log in to your account by going to the online box office you purchased from, and clicking on the person icon on the top right, then Login. Once logged in, click My Account to access your orders.

1. Once you are viewing you order, Click REDEEM PACKAGE.

2.  Click REDEEM next to the Event or Item that you wish to redeem.
Note that single option items and donation campaigns do not require any additional choices to be made, and thus do not require redemption.

3. If redeeming an event, use the first dropdown to select the date you would like to attend, and use the second dropdown to select the number of tickets within the package you'd like to redeem at this time. Then, if the event is using reserved seating, click CHOOSE MY SEAT. If the event is using general admission, click SELECT and skip to step 5 .

4. For reserved seating, choose your preferred seat from the map.

5. When you are satisfied with your choice, click BOOK MY TICKETS.

And you're done! You can continue to redeem your package as needed, or can come back later and redeem more on another day.
