How do I purchase an item?

Purchasing an item is easy through BookTix! 
To begin, go to the customer site of the organization for which you are purchasing (for example, demo.booktix.com). 


1. Many organizations require customers to use a login account to make purchases and donations. Thus, log in or create a new customer account by clicking on the person icon on the top right, then Login. 
In here, you can either log in, or create an account. 




2. Navigate back to the main organization page by using the menu dropdown. 
Then, find the item which you would like purchase under the AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE header, and click PURCHASE. 




3. If the item has multiple options (like varying t-shirt sizes, for example), use the dropdown to select the item option you would like, update the quantity you would like, then click the blue ADD button.
If there are no options within the item, simply update the quantity and click the blue ADD button.
Then, click ADD TO CART. 
4. Review your shopping cart, and click KEEP SHOPPING if you wish to add other items, events, or line items to your cart, or click CHECK OUT to proceed to the check out window. 
 



5. From the Checkout window, enter your contact information, choose your delivery method (how you will receive the confirmation), and enter your card details. When you are done, click CHECKOUT. 




And you're done! Your item voucher will be sent in the delivery method chosen.
