How do I link a guest order to a customer account?
1. Navigate into your department.
2. Under CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT on the left side bar, click CUSTOMER SEARCH TOOL.
3. Search the customer information.
4. Scroll down to the GUEST ACCOUNTS section.
5. Click VIEW ORDER next to the needed order.
6. Click LINK TO CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.
7. Use the search fields and find the customer.
8. Click LINK ORDER NOW, then click YES.
And you're done! The guest order will now be found within that customer login account.
