Looking Up a Customer or their Order

In this article you'll find how to look up a customer or their order. If a customer has a customer account, you will find all orders grouped in the account, or you can find individual orders as needed. 

Looking Up a Customer

      1. Log in and navigate to your department. 
      2. On the left side menu, go to Customer Relationship Management→ CUSTOMER SEARCH TOOL. 
      

      3. Search for the customer.
      4. Click ACCESS ACCOUNT either under Log In Accounts or the linked order number under Guest Accounts. 




Looking Up an Order

      1. On the left side menu, go to Reports→ ORDER HISTORY. 
      2. Search for the order number or customer name, and click the order number to access it.
