What should I do if our Internet goes down?

We recommend downloading the ticket report for your event ahead of time from BOX OFFICE> EVENTS> EVENT MANAGER> TICKET COUNTS> EXPORT EVENT TICKET LIST in case your internet does go down. You will then be able to check off customers as they arrive, and once your internet is back, you can manually check in any missed customers. 

To manually check in orders when your internet is back, go to BOX OFFICE> TICKET SCANNING. Click into your event and date or into your item, then click MANUAL CHECK IN. In here, click the order number and swipe the tickets/vouchers to redeem them. 

You can also continue to sell tickets through the Point of Sale tool after the event has begun, so if your internet goes down and you sell tickets by hand (i.e. writing down names, CC numbers, accepting cash), you can process them when the internet comes back.
