What is my Verification PIN?
The Verification PIN is used to verify the identity and account access for any admin that is contacting BookTix Customer Support via phone, chat, or potentially email.
Please also be prepared to verify your Client ID, which is the group of letters and/or numbers at the beginning of your BookTix portal URL. For example, in sample.booktix.com, "sample" is your client ID.
Where do I find my Verification PIN?
1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to your Help Dashboard by clicking the Question Mark (?) on the top right.
3. Here you will find your Verification PIN and Client ID:
What if I can't login to my account?
In an extreme, urgent scenario where you are unable to access a computer, our team may be able to provide the PIN via SMS directly to the mobile phone listed for your admin account, after taking other verification steps.
What do I do if my PIN is Expired?
Log out and log back in to refresh your PIN.
PINs reset every 24 hours, so if your PIN is expired you will likely see the following screen:
