
For your safety and security, all admins reaching out to customer support via phone or chat will need to provide a Verification PIN to verify their identity and the account they have access to. In some scenarios, you may also be asked via email.
Please also be prepared to verify your Client ID, which is the group of letters and/or numbers at the beginning of your BookTix portal URL.
i.e. sample.booktix.com, "sample" is your client ID.
Where do I find my Verification PIN?
In most cases, you will already be logged into your BookTix account. Navigate to your Help Dashboard by clicking the Question Mark (?) top right
Here you will find your Verification PIN, as well as your Client ID:
Provide this PIN to the BookTix team member so they can verify your account.
What if I can't login to my account?
In an extreme, urgent scenario where you are unable to access a computer, our team may be able to provide the PIN via SMS directly to the mobile phone listed for your admin account, after taking other verification steps.
What do I do if my PIN is Expired?
Simply log out and log back in to refresh your PIN. PINs reset every 24 hours, so if your PIN is expired you will likely see the following screen:

This process ensures we are speaking to the correct person, and that you do indeed have access to the account in question.
