Updating your Administrator Password
There are two ways to update your administrator password: If you are able to log in with your current password, or if you are not able to log in with your current password.
You're Able to Log In with your Current Password
1. Log in to your admin account.
2. In the top right, click the User Icon.
3. In the dropdown, click UPDATE PASSWORD.
4. Enter your new password, and click RESET.
You're Unable Able to Log In with your Current Password
1. Go to the administrator log in screen (demo.booktix.com/admin, for example).
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your email address, check the ReCAPTCHA, and click RESET.
