Setting Up an Event using the TRW Show Builder
The TRW Show Builder lets you autofill information from TRW for your event. In order to sell tickets using the TRW Show Builder, you will need to set up a new event.
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
Seating charts are only for reserved seating, tables, or general admission sections at varying price levels. If your seating will be general admission, you will not need to set up a seating chart.
Once you have created the above, you can put your event together.
3. On the left side menu, go to Box Office Manager → EVENTS.
5. Click IMPORT TRW SHOW.
6. Type in the TRW show title in the search bar or use the scroller to find your show. Click the
show, decide which pre-filled information you would like to import, then click IMPORT.
7. Fill out the remaining boxes in the form on this page.
When completed, click SUBMIT EVENT.
