Selling a Complimentary Ticket

A complimentary ticket is a free ticket that you can book on a customer's behalf.
If you have held a seat and wish to book it as a complimentary ticket, remove the hold and add the held seat to the shopping cart.
Then continue with selling a complimentary ticket with step 4 below.
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. Click the $ from the left side functions bar.
3. Click SELECT SEATS or SELECT QTY next to the date and time for which you would like to book a comp.
4. Select the seats/number of tickets you would like to book.
5. Along the right side bar, change the dropdown to the Complimentary ticket type.
6. Click ADD TO CART.
7. Click CHECK OUT.
8. Enter the Contact Information if you wish, then select your Delivery Method.
9. Click PROCESS TRANSACTION.
And you're done! The customer will receive the ticket in the delivery method chosen.
