Making Seats Inactive or Hidden
⏱︎ 2 minutes
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. On the left side menu, go to Box Office Manager → SEATING CHARTS.
3. Click VIEW on the bottom left corner of the chart.
4. Click EDIT SPECIFIC SEAT STATUS.
5. Click the seat(s) you would like to edit.
6. Click either INACTIVE or HIDDEN as needed.
Inactive seats will keep the circle of the seat within the map, but will make it grayed out and unclickable.
Hidden seats will remove the seat circle from the map entirely, leaving a space where the seat once was.
And you're done! You will either see a grayed out seat, or a white seat to demonstrate where the hidden seat spacer will be.
