How do I sell a complimentary ticket?


Complimentary seats still need to reserved in the system for a ticket. 
 To begin, log in to your administrator portal, then access your department by clicking GO TO DEPARTMENT and navigating into the department that is hosting your event.

If you have held a seat and wish to book it as a complimentary ticket, please view this article to remove the hold and add the held seat to the shopping cart. You will then continue with selling a complimentary ticket with step 4 below. 

1. Click into the Point of Sale tool from the left side bar. 
2. Click SELECT SEATS or SELECT QTY next to the date and time for which you would like to book a comp. 
3. Select the seats/number of tickets you would like to book. 
4. Along the right side bar, change the dropdown to the Complimentary ticket type. 



5. Click ADD TO CART
6. Click CHECK OUT.
7. Enter the Contact Information if you wish, then select your Delivery Method and click PROCESS TRANSACTION. 



And you're done! The customer will receive the ticket in the delivery method chosen.
