How to Confirm Your Event

Confirming your event is the necessary step to set up promo codes and presale codes, and for eventually opening sales. Confirming is the way to say "yes, I've reviewed my event details, and they are correct".
Alert
Once an event is confirmed, the seating chart cannot be changed.

      1. Log in and navigate to your department.
      2.  Under the Box Office section header, click EVENTS.
      3. Click EVENT MANAGER next to your event.
      4. Click EVENT INFORMATION from the top navigation bar.
      5. Review that the information is correct.
      6. Click CONFIRM NOW.

      7. In the popup, check the check box and click CONFIRM NOW

And you're done! You can now set up any necessary related items like discounts.

If you are ready to open sales to the general public, you can also set sales to public now.
