Do you charge us a fee for reprints?
No! We don't charge you to reprint a ticket that someone purchased online, so if someone comes without their ticket, you can look up their order and print it for them to be scanned.
If you need to look up an order, begin by logging in to your administrator portal, then accessing your department by clicking GO TO DEPARTMENT and navigating into your department. From there, look under the REPORTS header in the left side bar and click ORDER HISTORY. From here, you can enter the order number or date of purchase and reprint the tickets.
