How to Change Ticket Prices After Opening Sales

Info
There are two ways to change prices:  You can either swap the entire ticket plan used on an event date, or update the ticket prices within the existing plan.

Swap the entire ticket plan:
if you intended to make this same change and movement on other events. For example, this route is best if the event used one set of prices for the first week of sales, then moved into a second set of prices for the second week of sales.

Change prices within the existing plan:
if you forsee these being the new permanent prices. For example, this is the route if you are selling tickets to your spring musical and have decided to raise your prices from $15.00 to $18.00.

      1. Log in and navigate to your department.
      2. Add the new ticket plan.
