View Ticket Fees in BookTix | Admin Guide to Flex & Processing Fees

Viewing your Ticket Fees

NotesTicket fees live within your Ticket Plan. 
A ticket plan is the collection of ticket types used for your event.

      1. Log in and navigate to your department.
      2. In the left side menu, go to BOX OFFICE, and click TICKET PLANS. 
      
      3. Hover over the gray ? next to the CUSTOMER PAYS price column.
      4. Find your fees there.

FLEX FEES are the ones you add on to your ticket prices. The BOOKTIX FEE is the fee being charged to you when processing the transaction.
