Where can I view my ticket fees?

Ticket fees live within your Ticket Plan. 
A ticket plan is the collection of ticket types used for your event.

1. Log into your Administrator portal, and access your department by clicking GO TO DEPARTMENT.  Your Organization Name will appear next to the search button.



2. In the left side menu, go to BOX OFFICE, and click TICKET PLANS. 

3. Hover over the gray ? next to the CUSTOMER PAYS price column, and you will see your fees there. 















FLEX FEES are the ones you add on to your ticket prices. The BOOKTIX FEE is the fee being charged to you when processing the transaction.
