Where can I view my ticket fees?
Ticket fees live within your Ticket Plans. Your ticket plan is a collection of ticket prices created and used for an event. To begin, log in to your administrator portal, and access your department by clicking GO TO DEPARTMENT and navigating into the department that is hosting your event.
1. In the left side menu, go to BOX OFFICE, and click TICKET PLANS.
2. Here, you will find your ticket plans. Hover over the gray ? next to the price in the CUSTOMER PAYS column, and you will see your fees there.
Note that the FLEX FEES are the ones you add on to your ticket prices, and the BOOKTIX FEE is the fee being charged to you when processing the transaction.
