What kind of reports do I have access to, and where can I find them?

First, log in to your administrator portal, and access your department by clicking GO TO DEPARTMENT and navigating into the department for which you'd like to run a report.  Then, in the left menu bar, go to REPORTS and you will find your report options. 





In this section, you will find the below reports: 


  1. Order History -- A chronological, searchable list of orders made to date.
  2. Revenue and Payment Report -- The department-wide full revenue report, showing details of each event, item, donation, and package sold, and the department's balance. 
  3. Payment Ledger -- A list of payments made to the department thus far, including links to see what each payout included. 
  4. Transaction Report Generator -- A transaction report sorted by date, with optional filters to customize your report.
