What is the difference between a discount code and a presale access code?
A discount code is a code entered by a customer at checkout for a specified discount on their ticket order. May also be referred to as a coupon code or promo code.
A presale access code (or a priority access code) is a code that enables a customer to access the customer portal and purchase tickets during a "presale" ahead of the general public. The customer will be prompted to enter this type of code before beginning ticket selection/purchase.
