What are your fees? Can we negotiate these? How do they work?

Our fees vary based on line item type and cost.  

Below is a table breaking down how the fees are calculated for card transactions for US Clients (Canada pricing): 

While we aren’t able to negotiate our fees, our clients find them to be reasonable as they are all inclusive and there are no hidden fees for using advanced features, to you or your patrons. You can opt to have your customer cover the entirety of the processing fee as well, so the system can be free to you to use!

NOTE: Within the system, you, as the administrator, can charge your customers Flex Fees on your tickets, items, and package. The Flex Fee is a fee you manually enter, and you can make this fee whatever you would like. 

The BookTix Fee is only calculated on the price of the ticket, so long as the Flex Fee you have entered is less than or equal to the BookTix Fee. If you enter a Flex Fee higher than the original BookTix Fee, the BookTix Fee will recalculate to be based on the price of the ticket + the Flex Fee.
