What are registration profiles?

Understanding Profiles

When completing a registration, you may be asked to enter contact information. This information will be saved as a profile. 

You can have multiple profiles within your account that will store the information about the registrants, and you can use them again and again every time you complete a registration. 

For example, Jane Smith is coming to the gala with Kay Jordan. Jane is buying the tickets within her customer account, aka using her login information. When Jane registers herself and Kay, she will now have two profiles in her account - one under Jane Smith, and one under Kay Jordan. Now, when Jane registers them both for the next gala, she will be able to select herself and Kay without additional steps. 

Managing Your Profiles

1. Login to your account and click MY ACCOUNT. 

2. Click PROFILES. 

3. Click a profile from your list, then click the edit pencil to edit. 

4. To delete an existing profile, click DELETE. 

5. To add a new profile, click ADD PROFILE. Enter the details and click SAVE. 

6. To import many profiles at once, click BULK IMPORT. 

      a. Download the template and add in your information. 

      

      b. Click UPLOAD IMPORT CSV, then click IMPORT. 

   And you've mass imported profiles!
