Understanding Flex Fees in BookTix | Ticket Fee Management Guide

Understanding Flex Fees

⏱︎ 30 seconds

FLEX FEES are the ones you add on to your ticket prices. The BOOKTIX FEE is the fee being charged to you when processing the transaction.

When you enter the ticket price, you'll see the BOOKTIX FEE will automatically update to show the processing fee charged when a customer buys a ticket.

You can then type in the flex fee you wish to charge, or use the AUTO FEE button to calculate the fee necessary to make sure the customer covers the entirety of the fee.

Info
You can make the flex fee anything you would like - meaning you can charge more than the BookTix fee if you choose, or can opt to split the BookTix fee with the customer.
