Point of Sale Print : Only available when selling in the point of sale tool, and allows you to print the ticket right when they buy.
Will Call Pickup: When a customer will be picking up the tickets from you in person.
Electronic Delivery: When a customer will receive the tickets via email/SMS.

You may see a "related orders" section if the order has been modified (ie exchanged or refunded).

Notes
When you modify an order (ie exchange or refund part of it) a new "order" is created to reflect those changes.
