Sponsorship Benefits

Sponsorships are a sellable item that includes individual sponsorship levels (i.e. Gold, Silver, and Bronze), and can include a collection of items, tickets, and benefits.
Benefits are used to add value to a package or sponsorship.
This option should be reserved for experiences or perks fulfilled outside the system that do not require a purchase, voucher, or ticket receipt. Benefits are listed in the sponsorship, so the customer will know they will receive the benefit, and are tracked only in the redemption reports.
Example Benefits: Preferred Parking, Access to VIP Lounge, Curtain Speech Shoutout, Cast Meet and Greet, Post Show Talkbacks, etc.
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. In the left side bar, under MARKETING & FUNDRAISING, click BENEFITS.
3. Type in your Benefit name and click CREATE BENEFIT button.
4. Repeat benefit creation as needed.
