Seating Chart Options

⏱︎ 30 seconds

BookTix offers three different seating scenarios:
General Admission - seats are first come first served, meaning the customer will choose where they'd like to sit when they arrive at the venue.
Reserved Seating - each customers selects a unique section, row and seat when making their ticket purchase.
Hybrid Seating - where some sections are reserved and others are general admission. The customer can choose a specific seat during checkout, our they can choose a general admission ticket and pick their seat when they arrive.

All seating can fall into one of these 3 categories - including if you want to do pub tables, a wrestling ring, black box theatres, and more!

When setting up your event, you can choose from a premade seating chart or enter a general admission ticket number. If you wish to use hybrid seating, you will need to use a seating chart with reserved and general admission section.
