Paper and E-Tickets

When a customer purchases a ticket or when you sell a ticket in the point of sale tool, a unique QR code is created for that specific ticket.

That QR code then can be presented in various ways - when a customer purchases, they'll see an e-ticket and a paper ticket option, and when an administrator accesses an order, they can print that QR code onto a variety of paper sizes. 

Administrator Ticket View

These are the printing options for tickets when in the administrator portal. The option you choose should be based on the type of printer you have. 
When in a customer's order, click PRINT TICKETS and you will print accordingly. You can also opt to print a ticket right when you make a sale in the Point of Sale Tool. 

Customer Ticket View

When a customer purchases a ticket, they'll see two options in their order - display e-tickets and print paper tickets. 


The paper ticket will appear like this:
