I forgot my password. What do I do?

Resetting your password on a BookTix site is easy! To begin, navigate to the site where you are purchasing tickets (for example, demo.booktix.com). 

1. Click on the person icon on the top right, then Login



2. Under the LOGIN header on the left, look below the Email and Password fields. Here, click Forgot Password? 


3. Enter your email address, and click EMAIL PASSWORD RESET LINK to trigger a new password. 
Note that if you do not receive a new password, it's possible that the email has been re-directed to spam, or that you have not yet set up an account with that email address. Be sure to check for an email from BookTix.


And you're done! A temporary password will be delivered via email shortly.
