I forgot my password. What do I do?
1. Go to the customer site of the organization for which you are purchasing (for example, demo.booktix.com).
2. Log in to your existing account, create a login account, or if the organization has it as an option, you can proceed with a guest checkout.
3. Click FORGOT PASSWORD? Under the Email and Password fields.
4. Enter your email address, and click EMAIL PASSWORD RESET LINK to trigger a new password.
And you're done! A temporary password will be delivered via email shortly.

If you do not receive a new password, the email may have been re-directed to spam, or you may have not yet set up an account with that email address. Be sure to check for an email from BookTix.
