How to Exclude Items, Packages, or Tickets from Sales Tax
Note: You must have
set up a Sales Tax rate in your BookTix account on one or all of your departments in order to mark things as Tax Exempt.
How to Exclude Items, Tickets, or Packages from Tax
You can mark anything for sale in your BookTix account as Tax Exempt to exclude it from your tax rate.
To do this, from your Department Dashboard, navigate into the Item, Ticket Type, or Package you would like to exempt from your left menu bar.
Use the EDIT button for the item in question, and check off the Tax Exempt checkbox.
